Terms and Conditions:

  • Room rates are quoted per night
  • Room rates are subject to change without prior notice
  • All room rates committed to your Company are confidential and should not be published at any time
  • Rates are inclusive of 12 % Government tax and 10% Service charge
  • Extra adult rate per night (11 years old and above) – PHP 2,000
  • Cancellation Fees applies accordingly
  • Bank charges and credit card surcharges apply
  • PWD and Senior Citizen Discount is not applicable for contracted rates
  • Incidental deposit amounting to PHP 2,000.00 is required upon check in and is refundable upon check out less charge against the room, if any.

Force Majeure

  • Commander Suites de Boracay shall not be held liable for cancellation of bookings and shortened stays because of force majeure/acts of God or conditions beyond the Resort’s control, which include floods, earthquakes, explosions, fire, civil disobedience, war, legislation not in force at the date of this agreement, labor disputes or delays of third parties.

Child Policy

  • Children 10 years old and below sharing the same bed with parents are free of charge on accommodation and breakfast
  • Maximum of 1 child is entitled to free accommodation for all room types
  • Children 11 years old and above are considered adults and shall be charge the extra person rate of PHP 1,500 – includes accommodation and breakfast

Payment / Guarantee Policy

  • All bookings should be send through E-mail (commandersuites@gmail.com)
  • Reservations shall be confirmed upon deposit/payment of total amount due
  • A 50% down payment is required to confirm the reservation. The travel agency shall give a copy of the deposit slip as proof of payment to the Resort. Deposits for confirmed reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE(50%)
  • The resort reserves the right to cancel confirmed booking/s for non-payment Travel Agency on the specified option date to pay
  • Reservations will automatically be cancelled if no payment is made
  • All room reservations and room rates are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Mode of payment: Cash payment only. Payment must be deposited in any of our bank account:

Standard Check in and check out time:

Check in time: 2:00 PM 

Check out time: 12 NOON

Early Check in / Late Check out

  • Early check in is subject to availability. Full room rate will be charged for check-in time from 1:00 am – 5:00am; Fifty percent (50%) of the rack rate will be charged for check in time between 6am- 12 noon
  • Late checkout up to 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm is subject to availability and will be charged 50% of the Rack Rate. After 6:00 pm, full room rate will be charged.

Rebooking Policy

  • Modification of booking and other details given 30 days prior to arrival will be not be entertained.
  • Rebooking or room extension is subject to availability
  • Rebooking is only valid for 3 months and subject to additional charges based on the current season rate. The higher rate will still apply for rebooking falls on the peak of the peak or peak and rebooked to peak or lean season.
  • Rebooking is not allowed on super peak dates
  • For any events beyond the reasonable control not limited to “Acts of God”, including, earthquake, typhoon, and the likes of, will not be charged for any rebooking.

No Shows are subject to a 100% Cancellation Charge (room charge). For In-house guests who decide to shorten their stay, payment for the unused night is non-refundable
